Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for Christmas gifts?
We Care Christmas services will be provided for the children of working families who are Hall County residents. We will provide gifts for all eligible children in the household.
What gifts are included for QUALIFYING families?
Our budget is dictated by the number of families who sign up each year and the number of donations that we raise. We Care strives to provide a minimum of 2 outfits, undergarments, a jacket, and 2 toys per child.
How do I register?
Signups will be hosted through the Hall County Christmas Collaborative. A flyer will be sent home via the local schools. Visit our Christmas Project page for more details.
How can I volunteer to help?
Please fill out the form on the contact us page and a member of our team will reach out to you. Thank you for your interest.
What documents are required for sign-up?
We require proof of residency in Hall County, proof of employment within the past 12 months (including income amount), and identification for all children requesting services (birth certificate or social security card).
Can I sign up for Christmas assistance with We Care and another organization?
No. All families will be screened for duplicate requests for assistance. We Care will not serve families who have requested aid from other organizations for the Christmas season.
How can I donate to We Care?
All donations are received through the North Georgia Community Foundation. Please visit our donate page to be directed to the site for online giving. You may also mail a check to:
